The points are usually far too large for my handwriting, but I must say that I have been enjoying Pilot Hi-Tec-C 0.25mm gel pens for some time now. This is a full-size LE called the Sailor-Mitsukoshi "Dandelion" - only fifty pens were produced.This LE was accompanied by a bottle of Sailor yellow-green ink, specifically blended to match the colour of the pen.The whole combination is rather sexy, IMO! The other week Dillon offered a 14K Pelikan M400 nib unit for sale, which I promptly pounced on.  I took the opportunity to have the nib ground to a special point - a 0.3mm / XXXF Cursive Italic.I can honestly say I am delighted with this nib. When I use watercolour paints or water-soluble pencils on sketches drawn with these inks, no black ink is released by the water and brush.
